Ray Juman is a co-founder of Razorback Direct and serves as its CEO & President. With over nearly 30 years of leadership experience, he has held global roles in deepwater cementing, offshore completions, and well intervention. Ray has lived and worked in 17 countries, bringing expertise in North American and Asian markets. He began his career with Schlumberger in 1997, building a foundation in technical excellence and strategic leadership.
Kyle Koenig
VP of Business Development
Kyle Koenig is the Vice President of Business Development and co-founder of Razorback Direct. Since the company’s inception in 2022, Kyle has driven strategic growth, built client relationships, and developed innovative solutions. With prior experience at ChampionX and Nalco Champion, Kyle brings expertise in business development and customer retention. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi and is committed to fostering impactful partnerships that position Razorback as an industry leader.
Aaron Taylor
VP of Operations
Aaron Taylor is a co-founder and Vice President of Operations at Razorback Direct, leading strategic planning, operational management, and team development. A U.S. Army combat veteran, Aaron specializes in resource management and performance optimization. His experience includes serving as District Manager for US Land at CHX, where he managed multi-site operations. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and actively contributes to community organizations.
Ryan L. Jones, Ph.D.
VP of Technology
Ryan Jones is the Vice President of Technology at Razorback Direct, overseeing chemical technology R&D, quality assurance, and field analysis. Since joining in 2022, Ryan has delivered innovative, cost-saving solutions that enhance operational efficiency. With a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from Texas A&M University and prior roles at Monument Chemical and ChampionX, he brings technical expertise and industry leadership to Razorback’s cutting edge initiatives.
Anthony Smith
Director of Strategic Sales
Anthony Smith serves as the Director of Strategic Sales at Razorback Direct Oilfield Solutions and Services LLC, where he drives business development and enhances client engagement. With over 18 years of proven experience in the oil and gas industry, Anthony excels in drilling and completion chemicals, water treatment, infrastructure, and project management. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Abilene Christian University and effectively transitioned from an 11-year career as a teacher and coach to become a leader in the oil and gas sector.

Finance Director
Reshma Juman serves as the Director of Finance at Razorback Direct, where she oversees financial operations with a commitment to precision, accountability, and transparency. With over a decade of expertise in accounts payable/receivable administration and oilfield asset finance, Reshma plays a pivotal role in aligning Razorback’s financial strategies with its broader business objectives. Her dedication to optimizing financial processes and ensuring fiscal responsibility has been instrumental in driving the company’s sustainable growth and operational success.
Brian L. Mueller, Ph.D.
Subject Matter Expert
Brian Mueller serves as the Subject Matter Expert at Razorback Direct, where he leads research and development efforts in water treatment, brine chemistry, and mineral extraction. With over 34 years of industry experience and more than 40 patents to his name, Brian has been instrumental in developing sustainable technologies such as ultrafiltration and lithium extraction from oilfield brines. His academic credentials, including a Ph.D. in Inorganic Chemistry from Texas A&M University and an MBA from DePaul University, further reinforce his contributions to advancing innovative and environmentally conscious solutions.

Field Operations Supervisor
Justin Boyle is the Field Operations Supervisor at Razorback Direct, managing field support personnel, product delivery, and communication with customer representatives. Joining in 2022, Justin has expanded the field support team to meet growing client needs, achieving zero downtime and recordable incidents. Known for his hands-on leadership, Justin ensures smooth operations and client satisfaction.

Procurement & Logistics Manager
Kevin Gurganious is the Procurement and Logistics Manager at Razorback Direct, overseeing vendor qualification, price negotiations, fleet management, and blending operations. Joining in 2022, Kevin built a field operations team achieving zero NPT and zero incidents. With leadership roles at Nalco Champion and OQ Chemicals, Kevin brings expertise in supply chain and field operations. He holds a degree from the University of Texas and is dedicated to operational excellence.
